Permanent Magnet Synchronous Brushless Industrial HVLS (High Volume Low Speed) Ceiling Fans are large-scale ventilation and cooling equipment specially designed for high-ceiling industrial and commercial spaces. Powered by a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) as the core drive and paired with aerodynamically optimized large-diameter fan blades, the fans operate at low speeds to move massive volumes of air and form full-space circulation, delivering multiple functions including natural ventilation, sensible cooling, dehumidification and odor removal.They are widely used in various high-ceiling environments such as factories, warehouses, logistics centers, gymnasiums, exhibition halls, waiting lounges and livestock farms.

Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) Technology
Different from traditional asynchronous motors, the PMSM embeds high-performance neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnets in the rotor, which generates a magnetic field by the permanent magnets without additional electric energy for excitation, fundamentally reducing energy consumption. The efficiency of the PMSM can reach IE4 and above, with a maximum efficiency of over 96%, achieving 30%-60% energy saving compared with traditional asynchronous motors. Meanwhile, it has the advantages of compact size, high torque and low heat generation, realizing direct drive operation, eliminating the gearbox structure, and completely removing transmission wear and noise.

The frequency converter accurately changes the power supply frequency to flexibly adjust the speed of the PMSM according to environmental requirements, realizing stepless speed regulation from 0 to the rated speed, controlling the output power on demand, avoiding invalid energy consumption, and adapting to the ventilation needs of different seasons and scenarios.

Aerodynamic Blade Design
The airfoil spiral fan blades are made of aviation-grade aluminum alloy, and matched with blade tip wings (vortex generators) to optimize the airflow structure and reduce blade tip turbulence and wind resistance. Only operating at a low speed (50-100 RPM), with the stable output of the PMSM, the blades can push a large amount of air downward to form a continuous gentle breeze of 2-3 m/s, with a coverage radius of more than 30 meters. A single unit has a large effective coverage area, bringing a comfortable feeling of natural breeze to the human body, with a sensible cooling effect of 3-8℃.

Equipped with an intelligent touch screen, the system can support wireless centralized control of up to 48 units (optional), eliminating the need for extensive wiring. Through optimized design, the E730 series fans are lighter, more cost-effective, and offer a higher return on investment.
E680 HVLS Fan
E680 HVLS fans are specifically engineered for medium size comercial and industrial spaces where conventional large-diameter HVLS fans are not suitable. Its compact form factor, quiet operation, and high energy efficiency make it an ideal solution for workshops, logistics areas, retail spaces, restaurants and outdoor patios. With diameters ranging from 1.8m to 4.3m, the E680 delivers efficient, comfortable airflow in spaces with ceiling heights from 3m to 8m, extremely low energy connsumption due to its optimized lightweight design. Compact, lightweight, and energy-ficient—purpose-built HVLS performance.

The new generation Vindus E730 Series HVLS fans feature a high-volume, low-speed design powered by an advanced Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM).
